A Giant Cupcake

For my niece Madison's 3rd birthday. I made her a sweet giant cupcake in her favorite color frosting PINK! The cake was as big as she was. It was a chocolate cake with fresh strawberries and fresh whip cream. Feeds 40 people.

I hate making square cakes. It may look easy but is really difficult making squares well...square. believe it or not hexagons are acutually easier to make. I've always wanted to make a present cake...so for my dad's birthday i made him a present cake...it was a gift that you can eat too. Yum!
